This diesel particulate filter (DPF, soot filter) is tested for the operation of your engine with diesel fuel or straight plant oil (SVO, WVO, UCO, PPO). It reduces existing emissions, especially particles. It may give you even access to some cities with special environmental restrictions.
There are mostly two different systems available:
1. The "Single DPF - System": this system will be assembled inline with the original oxidation catalyst (OC).
2. The "DPF/OC - System": the original oxidation catalyst will be replaced by the new soot filter/oxidation catalyst unit.
