SVO & WVO: Cleaning, Handling, Certification & Standards

Plant oil as a fuel offers many advantages, including climate neutrality, sustainability, regional availability, lower emissions, and often economic benefits. ANC/ELSBETT particularly promotes the regional use of plant oils to avoid transport losses, strengthen local value creation, and maximize benefits for each region.

Through comprehensive fuel handling and certification projects, ANC/ELSBETT continuously taps new resources from fresh or used plant oils and fats. We analyze the entire fuel chain – from raw material extraction to cleaning, processing, and compliance with standards and certification requirements. This knowledge is presented to customers as a reliable guide for the safe use of sustainable plant oil fuels.

ANC/ELSBETT has decades of experience with many plant oils, including rapeseed (canola), sunflower, camelina, palm, coconut, jatropha, soy, peanut, and others. This know-how has been shared in numerous international workshops. Especially in developing countries, this knowledge is often crucial for mechanization, transport, energy supply, and ultimately economic progress.

We continuously collect new insights and provide them in user-friendly data sheets.
