Software upgrades of engine control units (ECU/PCM) for BioFuel operations

Diesel engines with an electronic fuel injection system are designed to run on petro-diesel. Bio-Fuels have different characteristics so we offer software applications to assure that your car runs efficiently and safely on Bio-Fuels. Actually we offer following packages for a couple of engines: 

  • Software upgrade of the engine ECU/PCM for MultiFuel operation (SVO/WVO/PetroDiesel) also as an upgrade for already converted applications (Bio-B, -C)
  • Software upgrade of the engine ECU/PCM for different kind of BioDiesel or Biodiesel blends(B5 - B100) - (Bio-A)
  • For different markets we offer Software upgrades of the engine ECU/PCM to modify, replace, exchange or remove soot filter-(DPF, FAP), AdBlue-, Urea- or DENOX-systems. (Bio-D) 
You can order the software modification package directly from the online shop here. After ordering we expect the file of your engine control unit (or possibly the complete engine control unit). If you do not find in our lists your engine control unit, then please fill out the appropriate contact form, we will immediately contact you. 
Important after ordering of these packages: For the software modification you must send us the software file of your engine control modul. For reading and writing of this file you or your workshop need a proper reading and writing tool (Flashtool).  If such a tool is not available, we will also do this work and will charge you additionally for this extra procedure of reading and writing.
